Blue Caillavet Athletic Scholarship Fund- was established in 2000 by Ruth and Blue Caillavet of Biloxi. The Scholarship benefits a worthy female or male athlete from Biloxi High School. Blue Caillavet graduated from Biloxi High School in 1931 as a four-letter athlete. A life long commitment to education inspired the Caillavet’s to establish this fund. Grants awarded by BHS. Not accepting applications at this time.
Career Women’s Club Scholarship Fund- was established in January 1996 to provide scholarship assistance to non-traditional career-track students at any campus of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Applications accepted in the spring by contacting GCCF or the website. Not accepting applications at this time.
Dorothy Eaton Scholarship for the Performing Arts Scholarship-was established in December 1995 in honor of Dorothy M. Eaton and her many contributions to public education and community life in the City of Gulfport, Mississippi, especially in the performing arts and theater community. This fund awards a scholarship annually to a graduating senior in the performing arts at Gulfport High School. Grants awarded by Gulfport High School. Not accepting applications at this time.
Explosion of Excellence Fund- Awards scholarships for the top 10% of graduates from public high schools in Jackson County. Grants awarded by Jackson County Chamber of Commerce.
Gulfport Gridiron Club Endowment Fund-was established in 1992. To award a current year graduating senior who exhibits exceptional high school athletic performance and shows dedication, committed attitude and willingness to perform to the best of their ability, with some preference given to but not limited to football players and must have financial needs. Grants awarded by the Athletic Director’s of the three counties. Not accepting applications at this time.
Harold & Mary Perlman Scholarship Fund- was established in 1997. To the six southern community colleges only. Male or female, 3.5 GPA or higher, payable to the College. Grants awarded by GCCF. Not accepting applications at this time.
Isle of Capri Education Fund- was established in September 2002. This endowment fund is funded by The Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. for the purpose of according scholarship assistance to a high school graduates who live in the communities where the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. operate and who have a desire to enter the Hospitality field, and provide funding to a University, or donations to a University Chair in the field of hospitality. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or higher) as a full-time student and are enrolled as a full-time student for the upcoming semester. Grants awarded by the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Not accepting applications at this time.
Jack A. Wilson Engineering Scholarship Fund- Fund was established in 2001. To award a scholarship for a College, Junior College, or Graduate school students entering their third or more years of engineering education who is a resident of Jackson, Harrison and Hancock Counties. Not accepting applications at this time.
Jackson County Drug Court Scholarship Fund- To fund operations of the 19th Judicial District Drug Court including, but not limited to, scholarship monies for academic and/or vocational classes, fees for treatment, and costs associated with graduation/anniversary or other reward events. Additionally, funding will be used for any other expense deemed necessary for the operation of the drug court program. Grants awarded by Jackson County Drug Court.
James S. Eaton Scholarship Fund- SCHOLARSHIP was established in November 1994 as a memorial to Mr. James S. Eaton in recognition of his many contributions to public education in the City of Gulfport, and his long and distinguished service as both member and President of the Gulfport School Board. This fund awards a scholarship annually to the valedictorian of the graduating class at Gulfport High School. Not accepting applications at this time.
Jeff Alexander Memorial Fund Scholarship- was established in 2005. To award a scholarship for Long Beach High School Graduate entering a University, payable to the University to benefit scholarships for youth, provide dental care and needs for residents of South MS Regional Ctr, (special needs) and promote awareness for early detection of colon cancer. Grants awarded by Long Beach High School. Not accepting applications at this time.
Jeremiah J. and Annette S. O’Keefe Scholarship Fund-were established in 1997 as a tribute to the founders and primary benefactors of the O’Keefe Foundation. Designated to award scholarships to deserving college-bound seniors from their alma maters. Grants awarded by St. Patrick Catholic High School and Ocean Springs High School. Not accepting applications at this time.
Jerry & JoAnn St. Pe’ Scholarship Fund- was established in 2001. The student will be selected by the high school faculty based on the following criteria: dedicated to serving others, selfless attitude, leadership qualities, generous, humble, knowledgeable, wise, kind and academics not a criterion. Rotating to every high school in Jackson County for the next eight (8) years. (Pascagoula, Moss Point, Resurrection, Gautier, Ocean Springs, St. Martin, Vancleave and East Central)Grants awarded by Jackson County High Schools. Grants awarded by the guidance counselor. Kevin L. Rayburn Memorial Scholarship Fund- was established in 2002. To award scholarships to 1.) a graduating Senior from the Stone High School Band Drum Line with good moral and Christian character 2.) the graduating Senior(s) who are members of the Ebenezer Baptist Church or children of members of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Grants awarded by Stone High School and Ebenezer Baptist Church. Not accepting applications at this time.
Lawrence & Lucimarian/Roberts Helping Scholarship- was established in 2002. To award a scholarship to an individual currently enrolled in a two or four-year College or university in the State of MS or a high school senior who is planning on attending a two or four-year College or university in the State of MS. The applicant should have an overall grade point average of at least 2.5 (based on a 4.0 scale) from a state or private college or university or from a public or private high school. The individual must have family residency in Harrison, Hancock, or Pearl River County. Applications accepted in the spring by contacting GCCF or the website. All 2010 applications must be postmarked no later than August 1st, 2010.

Mary & Gene Levens Scholarship Fund- was established in January 2000 to recognize the importance the Levens placed on a college education for their nine children. It is their desire to award scholarships to individuals interested in pursuing degrees in areas similar to their careers and those of their children, namely accounting, engineering, health care, insurance and other business related fields. Grants awarded by the MS Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. Not accepting applications at this time.
Ross Langston Sports Medical Scholarship-Fund was established in 2002. To award scholarships to Harrison, Hancock or Jackson County residents who are high school seniors or students engaged in undergraduate programs requiring four years for a baccalaureate degree providing they plan to be or are enrolled in an NATA approved curriculum program or other sports medicine program and intend to pursue a profession in the field of Sports Medicine as their means of livelihood. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout their undergraduate years. The scholarship is renewable each semester provided you remain in the field of Sports Medicine and maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout your undergraduate years Awards granted by Langston Board of Directors. Rotary Club of Biloxi Scholarship Fund-was established in June 1999. This scholarship is funded by the Rotary Club of Biloxi for the purpose of according scholarship assistance to a graduating senior of Biloxi High School, St. Patrick Catholic High School or the Mississippi School of Math and Science or home school senior student, registered with the County Attendance Office and whose parent or legal guardian resides in Biloxi. Grants awarded by the Rotary Club. Not accepting applications at this time.
Rotary Club of Gulfport Endowment Fund- This scholarship is funded by the Rotary Club of Gulfport for the purpose of according scholarship assistance to graduating senior of Gulfport High school in recognition of your academic accomplishments, as evidenced by your graduation and your acceptance to an institution of higher learning. Grants awarded by the Rotary Club. Not accepting applications at this time.
Stewart Sneed Hewes Scholarship Endowment Fund- was established in January 1982. This scholarship is funded by The Insurance Center, a division of Bancorp South, Inc., for the purpose of according scholarship assistance to a graduating senior of a public or private high school in Biloxi, Benefits two outstanding college-bound graduating seniors from the Gulfport and Biloxi Area. Grants awarded by the MS Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. Not accepting applications at this time.
St. Alphonsus School Tuition Fund-Challenges St. Alphonsus Elementary School in Ocean Springs to raise matching funds to assist deserving and/or needy children with their tuition. Grants awarded by St. Alphonsus School.
