The Gulf Coast Community Foundation and Board of Directors recently approved grants totaling $4,500.
These grants will support an array of projects that provide training and educational opportunities for physically and mentally challenged individuals.
To award populations from predominately low income familes.
Awards programs that benefit children and neighborhoods.
Awards programs focusing on enhancing the educational, moral and spiritual development of children.

GCCF awarded $1,139,684 from the 3rd round of grants to fourteen coast non-profit agencies through the Fund for Gulf Communities.
The funding will help coast non-profit agencies meet the unmet needs affected by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
